• Prevnar (pneumococcal meningitis)

• RotaTeq (rotavirus)

4 Months

6 Months

**The flu vaccine is given seasonally starting at 6 months of age.**

9 Months

• Hemoglobin blood test (measures different types of hemoglobin in the bloodstream)
