"Ganowa da sarrafa alamun alamun sune hanyoyi masu mahimmanci don inganta lafiya da cimma burin gudanar da lafiya," in ji shi. "Ina jin daɗin bayar da shawarwari da sabis na kiwon lafiya na ɗabi'a ga rukunin abokan ciniki da marasa lafiya daban -daban saboda na san bambancin da ke haifar da ikon jin daɗin rayuwa."

 

A summa cum laude digiri na Jami'ar Wisconsin-Whitewater, Gil ya sami digiri na biyu daga UW-Madison. Kwarewar sa ta haɗa da haɓakawa da bayar da cikakkiyar hanya, hanyoyin da ke da alaƙa da haƙuri ga ilimin halayyar halayyar hankali, tsoma bakin rikicin, da maganin jaraba.

Gil ya yaba da sadaukarwar abokan aikin sa ga fifikon jawo shi ga Likitocin da ke da dangantaka. Ya ce, "Mayar da hankali kan kulawar marasa lafiya mai inganci da kuma magance duk bukatun mutum yana da mahimmanci," in ji shi, "kuma shine ainihin abin da muke yi anan."
