RESOURCES FOR PROVIDER LEAVES OF ABSENCE
We’re committed to supporting our patients during our providers’ temporary leaves of absence by ensuring access to trusted resources and continuity of care. You will need to ensure that your insurance is accepted independently. Please see the resources listed below and reach out to info@apmadison.com for further inquiries. Our team is here to help guide you to the right support and answer any questions along the way. Please read the updated referral and nail services letter below carefully. Thank you.
COMPLETE FOOT & ANKLE CARE
As specialists in Podiatry at Associated Physicians, LLP, we provide expert health care services for adult patients of all ages. A referral to our Podiatry Department is not required, except for new patients (never seen Dr. Schroeder or Chelsea Wilson in the past) requesting Nail Care or Diabetic Foot Care.
