Associated Physicians is rolling out our own Virtual Visit Platform!  This means you are now ONE CLICK away from connecting to your doctor. 

 

Many of our patients have taken advantage of Virtual Care visits since COVID19. Our original system fulfilled virtual care requirements but now it’s even more streamlined through your MyChart.

 

Beginning February 1, we are happy to roll out a simple one-click platform for you to easily connect for your virtual visits.

 

1. Make your appointment as usual by calling 608-233-9746 or through your MyChart.

 

2. You will receive a text or email to pre-check in as your appointment date approaches.

 

3. About an hour before your virtual visit, you will receive a text or email to check-in online. It must be completed prior launching your virtual visit, so please allow at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time for login and equipment preparation.

 

4. You will be sent another link about 15 minutes before your appointment to use for your virtual video visit with a simple click to connect directly to your appointment.
