• If you have a scheduled appointment, you can request a flu shot during that appointment. If you have an upcoming appointment, feel free to give us a call and ask for a flu shot to be added to your visit, or simply ask for a flu shot during your appointment

• You can now schedule your flu-shot only visit on certain days with appointments beginning the week of September 18, 2023. Active and established patients can give the clinic a call to check available times and schedule an appointment. ​

  • A patient is considered "established" if they have completed their new patient appointment. However, a new patient may request to have their flu shot given during their new patient appointment.

  • A patient is considered "active" if they have been seen at Associated Physicians in the last 3 years.

We are expecting increased call volumes during this season, so patients may experience longer than usual hold times. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding.
