Nurturing Children’s Health
Dr. Neary is a specialist in Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine who is dedicated to every aspect of children’s health.
“After receiving my master's in nutrition, I chose to enter medical school specifically to become a pediatrician." "Pediatrics is one area of medicine in which preventive care plays such a large role. Healthy lifestyle choices that begin in childhood set the stage for the rest of one's life,” she says. “I also enjoy helping parents, children and adolescents meet psychosocial challenges in positive ways.”
Comprehensive Care for Kids
At Associated Physicians, Dr. Neary provides comprehensive primary health care services for children and teenagers. She performs well-baby checkups, school physicals, and diagnoses and treats conditions ranging from ear infections and asthma to complex medical conditions.
Dr. Neary is board certified in pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She completed her residency in pediatrics at the University of Wisconsin. She also earned both a master’s degree in nutrition and her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin. She is the mother of two adult daughters and joined Associated Physicians in 1997.
Parenting & Partnership for Health
Dr. Neary is a physician member of the Wisconsin Environmental Health Network and knows that parents need up-to-date information on environmental issues that relate to children’s health and development.
“I love working with children and their parents on the preventative aspect of pediatrics, whether it is nutrition or behavior or environmental issues,” she says. “Empowering families with the knowledge they need to make healthy choices is part of our commitment to patient care at Associated Physicians.”
